Healthy chocolate cake

Just about everyone loves chocolate!

At my ladies weekly morning get together I showed the ladies how to take an unhealthy recipe and make it healthy. This is the first recipe I started with.
1 cup hot coffee or hot water
1 cup brown rice flour                                     1/2 cup oil
1 cup whole wheat flour or spelt flour             1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking powder                                        1 cup milk or almond milk
2 tsp baking soda                                             2 egg whites
3/4 cup cocoa powder                                     1 tsp vanilla
1 cup palm sugar                                             1 cup softened dates

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Put wet ingredients in a blender blend well. Add wet to dry.
Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Icing:
2 ripe avocados
2 cups dark chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla

Blend avocados well, melt chocolate, add to avocados then add vanilla.
Ice your cake, and everyone will not be able to guess the secret ingredient! So good!!
